As an independent business, Lant street has always had an interest in exploring supporting our independent partners who provide us with the best in wines and spirits.
When it comes to whisky, it's the independent bottlers that really have the freedom to showcase the most unfiltered (and some works say honest) expressions of spirit from the distilleries, as well as being the ones to blaze a trail of experimentation in alternative cask maturation.
Over the years, we've been lucky enough to host a few and forge some lasting connections, leading to a healthy stock of some really outstanding bottles that we'd like to share with you at our upcoming tasting.
Hosted by our in-house whisky obsessive Dylan aka @singlemaltrussell, (who will be bringing some secret, bonus drams from his own collection), we invite you to come along and sample the finest in unfiltered, and un-coloured Single Malts, Single Casks and characterful blends that the Independent Bottling World has to offer.
