Cava made in the farmhouse Can Sadurní, property belonging to the same family since the fifteenth century, in Begues, in the massif of Garraf. Located at 400 m. altitude, near the sea where the Mediterranean sea breeze creates a suitable climate for growing these varieties. Made from the typical varieties of the area, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18 º and performed the second fermentation in the bottle. Rested for 24 months.
Appearance - Brilliant straw yellow. Small bubbles with abundant detachment.
Nose - Very aromatic with notes of fruit and aromas of aging of excellent quality.
Taste - Soft, cool. Returns the aromas in the mouth. Long, lingering aftertaste.
