Cava made in the farmhouse Can Sadurní, property belonging to the same family since the fifteenth century, in Begues, in the massif of Garraf. Located at 400 m. altitude, near the sea where the Mediterranean sea breeze creates a suitable climate for growing these varieties. Made from the typical varieties of the area, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18 º and performed the second fermentation in the bottle. Rested for 24 months.
Tasting Notes: golden yellow with many small bubbles emerge slowly forming a perfect crown. Aroma nuances emphasise its long ageing in the cellar, combined with frugal notes. The palate is rich in nuances, stylish and persistent.
