| 100% Carignan Carignan is a traditional grape of the South of France, suited to the extreme climate and land of the Minervois. Vineyards at La Tour Boisée have reached 50+ years old and are able to express their full potential. Grapes are hand-picked to preserve the roundedness and softness of the fruit. The nose reveals red and black fruit – cherry and cranberry – enhanced by spicy notes; the mouth is full and spicy with a long aftertaste and a soft, smooth mouth-feel. |
